Job Assignment :
- •The Support Engineer will be the main technical contact for the OEMs customers for after-sales software related issues. She will take care of the creation and management of the software configuration profile for the customers and of the second level support, including the connectivity and subscriptions check and management.
- •She will also be responsible of the training to OEMs customers for mobile and web apps. and of the definition of the specs for th e test benches.Part of her job will be also the analysis of the metrics from the subscriptions to optimize the offer to the customers and create the best configuration for them.
